Great job, I would have the ribbion on the back of his head be more wavey. like look at it from above and move it in and out, and do that from all angles and then it won't see so stiff. Same for the bead chain, move, flow.

Use the nudge brush or use the move brush and lower the intesity to about 20 and move your brush like a wave and see how it goes. The belt around the coat could be touched up, it seems to flat compared to the rest of the body and like it was a last minute thing.

You have a nice pose but look at the right shoulder that is holding up the fan/staff it seems too flat like its just the cloth but nothing "under" it. I assume your are looking at 2D art for the character, think of 2D as more of a blue print plan and not a rule book.

i don't understand too much abouth animation (or your technique) but i draw and the only detail i correct is his right wrist at that angle it sees unnatural (if you are taking something that big and probably heavy)

Very nice, I don't see any way you can improve this model
other than colour of course
